The famous Egyptian director Khaled Yousif had to seek the help of the Egyptian police to control a large crowd gathered at the site of his newest film “Dokan Shahateh” (Shahateh’s Supermarket), trying to catch a glimpse of the leading star the Lebanese artist Haifa Wahbe. The crowd forced filming to stop for a few hours. haifaSources claim the incident occurred when Haifa was filming her scenes at a Villa in the “Al Maadi” area located south of Cairo.
Somehow the news was leaked to the public and large crowds started surrounding the villa, hoping to see Haifa donned in local Egyptian attire for the shoot.
Mohammed Hamaki Wins This Year’s EMA!

Mohammed Hamaki won this year’s EMA (MTV Europw Music Award) in the category “Best New Arab Act” and that’s according to Hamaki’s manager, Nassif Kozman, who announced the news telling that an email has been sent from EMA producers inviting Hamaki to receive his award on the 6th of November in Liverpool, where the event will take place this year.
But how come Nassif announces Hamaki’s won while the EMA website still accepting votes?!
Majed Al Muhandis’ condition improving

During a phone interview Fateq Hasan, the manager of Majed Al Muhandis, said that Al Muhandis’ health is improving and that he has awakened from his coma. According to the London daily Elaph, Al Muhandis is alert and aware of what is going on around him, yet he is still unable to speak.
A full recovery is expected within two weeks.
Al Muhandis was involved in a car accident while traveling from Italy to France, where he was vacationing with his family.
